This week we’re talking about physical health. We discussed foods that are a little too healthy and some diets that we may or may not want to try. We talked about body image and our experience with exercise and nutrition. And of course we learned how to say a new word!

Wendy. You’ll be interested to know that when you were little- you actually tried blood sausage from your Bunia who purchased it for a “special” occasion! The look on you face was priceless. You spit it out and you face was like you ate a lemon! So funny.
